  Awful response from staff, I'm new to fishing and this place was recommended, the young lad behind the counter did not left his head from his phone to answer me when I asked where something was. So out of the two men in there it turned out one actually worked there or was the owner, he had the same awful negative response to us, just could not be bothered to help or even talk with us, I've never been treated in such a way and made to feel like I should never have entered the shop. I guess being on a holiday site they get plenty or trade and don't have to worry about gaining local customers, I've since been elsewhere, got lots of kit and most importantly gained lots of knowledge which has made me go back and spend more money with the people who are interested. Shame I has to give this place even one star.
