  Never have I met the most arrogant, unhelpful and unprofessional staff and management in a company before, I have been looking for a new car for around the 20/25k mark due to coming into a bit of money lately and want to treat myself I was looking to part exing my current not to so old car and adding the difference in cash. No one bothered coming out to see if wanted any help, after having to go in to speak to them it was like they didn’t care or needed my business, like I said I was looking to spend a large amount of money on a car I really did liked there. When I asked if they wanted to see my car for a part ex the man didn’t want to even get out of his chair, when he did he just went to the window and said that something we dont want. I wasn’t offered to have a look around the car or any extra information on the car I liked either! I hope they see this and take note of it because word travels fast and I will be telling my experience to other people. If they actually treated me with respect and like they wanted my custom they could have sold the car and had a nice pay day!
